CANCELLATION AND MOI DAY SPA POLICIES

* All appointments cancelled or no show will be charged fully without 24 hours of notice.
* We require a Visa or Mastercard to hold appointments.
* Appointments booked under pre-purchased gift certificates will be deducted according to the 24 hours cancellation or no show policy for the amount of the service.
* No refunds on Gift Certificate purchases.
* Refunds will ONLY be given for unopened products within seven days of purchase with original receipt.
